These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NutriClench website, the PoshanSetu mobile application, and all consultation, content, and booking services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

NutriClench is a nutrition and wellness platform connecting clients with independent, qualified dietitians and nutritionists for personalized consultations, diet plans, and wellness programs, both through this website and the PoshanSetu app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book consultations on your own behalf. Consultations booked for minors must be arranged and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Dietitian Consultations

• Dietitians listed on NutriClench are independent, credentialed professionals. NutriClench facilitates the connection and booking but does not itself provide medical or clinical advice.
• Consultation availability, fees, and specializations are set individually by each dietitian and displayed at the time of booking.
• You are responsible for providing accurate health information to your dietitian; incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of guidance you receive.

5. Bookings & Payments

• Consultation fees are displayed prior to booking and charged at the time of confirmation.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partners; NutriClench does not store your full payment card details.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nutriclench.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access to other users' data, impersonating a dietitian or another user, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the PoshanSetu app — including diet plans, articles, recipes, logos, and design — is the property of NutriClench or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NutriClench provides a platform connecting you with independent dietitians. We are not liable for the professional advice given by individual dietitians, for outcomes of following any diet plan, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
